Pengembangan Keuangan Digital Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Daya Saing UMKM Sebagai Optimalisasi Desa Srigonco
Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, terutama di wilayah pedesaan. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan serius dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan adopsi teknologi digital, khususnya di Desa Srigonco, Kecamatan Bantur, Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kemampuan digital pelaku UMKM melalui pendekatan edukatif dan penerapan sistem keuangan digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan implementasi sistem keuangan digital “Smart Cashier” yang dikembangkan oleh tim pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangan, pemisahan aset usaha dan pribadi, serta penggunaan aplikasi digital secara mandiri. Kesadaran akan pentingnya digitalisasi juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis pelatihan langsung, partisipatif, dan kontekstual mampu memberdayakan masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan implementasi sistem “Smart Cashier” di Desa Srigonco diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM pedesaan berbasis teknologi yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract
Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in national economic development, especially in rural areas. However, there are still many MSME players who face serious challenges in financial management and digital technology adoption, especially in Srigonco Village, Bantur District, Malang Regency. This community service activity aims to improve the financial literacy and digital capabilities of MSME actors through an educational approach and the application of digital financial systems. The methods used include focus group discussion (FGD), socialization, training, and assistance in implementing the digital financial system “Smart Cashier” developed by the service team. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding and skills of MSME actors in recording financial transactions, separating business and personal assets, and using digital applications independently. Awareness of the importance of digitalization has also increased significantly. This program shows that a direct, participatory, and contextual training-based approach is able to empower village communities in a sustainable manner. The successful implementation of the “Smart Cashier” system in Srigonco Village is expected to become a model for technology-based rural MSME empowerment that can be replicated in other areas.
