Sikap Mengutamakan Keselamatan Kerja: Tinjauan Faktor Pelatihan dan Ukuran Pekerja Industri

Abstract

The study seeks to find out whether safety-training has the same effect in small-scale, middle-scale and large-scale industries. The population is low level education workers in East Java industries. The research found that safety-training affects significantly in increasing workers attitude only in large scale industries. Workers in small and middle industries got safety knowledge from safety-training but their safety attitudes do not increase because they found threat to apply their knowledge in their industries.
