Abstract

Decentralization of education on district (Kabupaten) is an effort to substitute the centralized system. By this decentralization, the program, process and assessment of educational activities will meet the district's need to develop its human resources, regional growth and other needs based on its own geographical and cultural characteristics. Institution most responsible to the decentralization is the school in cooperation with parents and community.
