Abstract

This study was an attempt to know the implementation of the production unit management at the Civil Engineering Departement of State Vocational High Schools in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta according to the managers, executives, and teachers. Data were collected using a closed-questionnair, in-depth interview, and participant observation. A descriptive statistics was used to analyze data.
