Abstract

This research aims to investigate and then describe students" efforts in acquiring literature sources to support their study, lecturers" activities to show the source books to be read by students as indicated in the course outline of the subjects they are responsible for, and the availability of the books which are needed by the students in the library of FKIP UNSRI Indralaya. The sample consisted of 90 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Sriwijaya University. The data collected through documentation study and quetionnaire were descriptively analyzed. The result shows that students' efforts are good enough, but lecturers' activities and the availability of the books are not satisfactory
