Abstract

The objective of the study was to know the academic and administrative personnel's perception on the decision making style of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) principals at Malang municipality. Employing the descriptive design, the study involved the academic and administrative personnels in MIN. Data were collected by questionnaire and statistically analized in descriptive measures. The main findings of the study were that the academic and administrator personnel's perception on the MIN principals decision making included all of the decision making styles; participated, concultative, instructive, and delegative style
