Pengembangan Kapasitas Manajemen Sekolah dalam Membangun Pemahaman Visi dan Misi

Abstract

The focus of this case study is to describe and analyze the capacity of school management in developing understanding towards the school vision and mission. Employing interviews, field observation, and document study as the method of collecting data, this study validates the data through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that schools establishing their vision and mission based on the noble values of their founders have stronger base for the development of school management capacity.
