The case study reports on the quality assurance management of academic service, focusing on the quality assurance of the input, the teaching and learning process, the facilities and infrastructure, and the graduates. The study involved the study programs of Education Administration, Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, and Non-formal Education. The results of the qualitative and quantitative analyses reveal that universities need to give attention to the quality assurance management of their graduates because many of them eventually do not work in areas relevant to their qualifications and educational backgrounds.
Artikel hasil penelitian ini memaparkan manajemen penjaminan mutu layanan akademik dengan fokus pada manajemen penjaminan mutu masukan, kualitas proses perkuliahan, kualitas sarana dan prasarana, dan kualitas lulusan. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui kajian kasus pada program studi administrasi pendidikan, program studi pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan, dan rekreasi, dan program studi pendidikan luar sekolah. hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa perguruan tinggi perlu memberikan perhatian terhadap manajemen penjaminan mutu lulusan karena masih banyak lulusan yang terserap di dunia kerja namun tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan latar belakang pendidikan yang ditempuhnya.
