Performance of Learning Mentors at Learning Centers Sanggar. The aim of this survey is to find out the effects of the head's leadership, the working atmosphere, the working ethos, incentives, and motivation on the performance of the learning mentors at learning centers the so-called Sanggar. Five learning centers Sanggar were involved in the study, and the data collected were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) and linear structural relationship (LISREL) program. The results of the statistical analyses indicate that the variables of leadership, working atmosphere, working ethos, incentives, and motivation affect the performance of the learning mentors.
