Hubungan antara Komitmen dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru dengan Performans Mengajar Guru SDN di Daerah Terpencil

Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between the variables of commitment and job satisfaction and teaching performance. The study involved 103 primary school teachers working in isolated regions of Gunung Mas regency, Central Kalimantan. Using correlational designs, the study found that commitment and job satisfaction are cantly related to teaching performance.
